This recipe is not only delicious but it is full of antioxidants, rich in omega 3 & 6 fatty acids, good for brain health and awesome for good gut health. This recipe is healthy. 1/2 cup homemade coconut yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh) – used fresh
1 tablespoon walnuts
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1/2 teaspoon honey (optional) – feel free to use maple syrup, date syrup, coconut nectar, etc.
Layer ingredients in a bowl or glass as listed above. Serve.
