How to Make Hemp Seed Milk is a recipe that was born out of my desire to add more hemp seeds to my diet. I love this seed milk because it is so creamy and easy to make. If you want to sweeten this recipe, feel free to add the sweetener of your choice such as stevia, dates, raisins, coconut sugar, etc.
Blender, measuring cup, fine mesh strainer, mason jar, bowl or large measuring cup with a spout
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 4 cups filtered water
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high until smooth. (About 10 to 30 seconds depending on blender.)
- Strain the liquid through a fine mesh strainer or a cheesecloth to remove the seed particles. Serve your hemp milk immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days in an air tight container. (I use a mason jar.)
