Today I am sharing with you one of my most favorite smoothies. It is so sweet, creamy and filling. Some people cannot have fruit in their smoothies so I decided to share this recipe with you. Please try it and let me know what you think! I look forward to your comments.

- 2 packed cups of greens - your choice
- 1 English cucumber
- 1/4 to 1/2 of an avocado
- 2 cups non-dairy milk - I used almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 cup of ice
- Add stevia to taste.
- Blend until smooth.
